The women of Sigma Alpha have chosen to offer a scholarship to one female high school senior entering into the University of Georgia in the Fall of 2010. The amount of the scholarship is $500 and will be awarded in September at our Founder's Banquet after the student is officially accepted and enrolled full-time at the University of Georgia. Selection will be based on the student's scholastic achievement, leadership ability, interest in agriculture, and extracurricular involvement as evidenced by high school or related activities.

You do not need to become a member of Sigma Alpha in order to receive the scholarship. The application is for the University of Georgia Sigma Alpha Scholarship ONLY. We encourage students to submit applications for other scholarships as well.
