Before activation, each Sigma Alpha Membership Candidate is taken under the wing of an active member as a little sister. Being new, little sisters look to their big sisters for advice and knowledge. While all Sigma Alpha girls are united in sisterhood, there is a special bond between a big sis and a little sis.
